I decided to join the blog community after much encouragement from my friends and family (many who are bloggers themselves). I struggled for a bit on what to blog about until a friend called me a hair addict. As my eyes scanned over my combs, brushes and decorative boxes that only I knew were filled with hair care products it hit me! I just might be a tad hair obsessed.
Not 100% convinced I decided to do an inventory of my hair care products, tools and accessories. 40 combs, 15 brushes, 100 bobby pins,65 hair pins, 5 shampoos, 3 conditioners, 2 moisturizers, 3 bottles of natural oils, 2 bottles of holding spray and oil sheen, 3 bottles of pomade, 3 glossers, 5 gels, 2 heat protectors, 3 blow dryers, 3 flat irons, 6 curling irons and a box full of hair later I realized I might have a problem. After totaling up the approximate cost of these items I realized I am a product junkie!
Now I don’t have a logical explanation for this collection. All I know is the thought of finding that “magic” in a bottle gives me a rush of excitement equivalent to finding a designer handbag at 50% off. I love shopping for anything involving hair. I know for a fact all products are not created equal. Some help you achieve your goals (whatever they may be) easier than others. I just have to come up with a less expensive way of finding them! In the era of “tight pockets” I can no longer afford to discover “the magic” threw trial & error. If you feel my pain than Product Junkie is the blog for you!
